Great news! Our peach trees are loaded with blossoms!!! We know that weather could still impact our crop, but are in better shape than last year when most trees did not bloom at all. Fingers crossed! We have been busy in the kitchen and have restocked many flavors of our fruit preserves (and added a few new flavors).
